The “Dorfweg” path is the shortest route and leads directly from the landing dock, through the village of Gößl and along the forest road. This well maintained gravel road is the easiest option and the recommended path for people with disabilities.
The “Parcours” path follows the beautiful, slow meandering river upwards to Lake Toplitzsee. Find this lightly ascending path with varied walking surfaces (such as scree and tree roots) just past the Restaurant “Rostiger Anker”. Take the first two forks to the left to follow the river upstream.
The “Reithweg” path is a typical forest path with a slight incline. Surrounded by coniferous and deciduous trees you will find information boards about local flora and fauna along the way. Take the path past Restaurant “Rostiger Anker”, left at the first fork in the path, and then right at the second fork.
The “Ranftlmühle” is a path that passes the historic water mill that is fed by the water of the Stimitz stream. To find the mill, take the path past Restaurant “Rostiger Anker”, then right at the first fork and follow the signs. Afterwards, continue upwards along the “Reithweg”.
